<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), a mosquito-borne Alphavirus , is the etiological agent of chikungunya fever. To investigate the prevalence and genetic characteristics of CHIKV in China, we performed a molecular epidemiological study during the 2014–2019 period.
