<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Wu Syndrome, also known as X-Linked Wu Type Intellectual Developmental Disorder, is caused by a mutation in the GRIA3 (Glutamate Ionotropic Receptor AMPA Type Subunit 3) gene located at position 25 on the X chromosome.
