To investigate the disease resistance effect of pectin oligosaccharide (POS) in Arabidopsis thaliana against Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 (Pst DC3000), different concentrations of POS (25, 50, 100, 200 mg L⁻¹) were used.
