Oligogalacturonides (OGAs) are a biologically active carbohydrate derived from homogalacturonan, a major element of cell wall pectin. OGAs induced resistance and mechanism were assessed in Arabidopsis thaliana-Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 (Pst DC3000) interaction.
