Aqueous extracts of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were evaluated for inhibitory effects on activities of enzymes (acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase) relevant to neurodegeneration (in vitro).
