Pseudomonas syringae pv. DC3000 is a gram-negative bacterium that infects the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Pathogenicity is achieved via secretion of effector proteins into the host cytoplasm through a Type III Secretion System (T3SS). In Ps.
