<h4>Background</h4> Lung-targeted anti-inflammatory therapy could potentially improve outcomes in patients with COVID-19. The novel inhaled pan-Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor TD-0903 was designed to optimise delivery to the lungs while limiting systemic exposure.
