<title>Abstract</title> <p>Gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GC) is effective in urothelial and other cancers. We investigated GC combined with escalating doses of temsirolimus (T), intravenous mTOR inhibitor. Adults with histologically confirmed solid tumours were enrolled.
