<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Background</h4> An in-silico screen was performed to identify FDA approved drugs that inhibit SARS-CoV-2 main protease (M pro ), followed by in vitro viral replication assays, and in vivo pharmacokinetic studies in mice.
