Abstract <h4>Background: </h4> : The primary breast sarcoma (PBS) was described in 1887. It was a generic term given to malignant breast tumors. The presentation of a sarcoma of the breast, it is a palpable, growing rapidly mass, with or without nipple discharge, or palpable axillary lymph nodes.
