This study was carried out to determine the occurrence and characteristics of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) and Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) strains in cow's milk, cheese and dairy cattle farm environments, and to estimate distribution of antimicrobial resistance.
