<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background Complex chromosome rearrangements (CCRs) are extremely rare in the general population, and it is hard to get a healthy delivery in these cases. A recent paper in Scientific Reports reported that 3.6% (45/1,264) of BCR carriers had cryptic complex chromosome rearrangements (CCCRs), and the transferable embryo rate was 7.5% when the CCCR involved three chromosomes [1].
