<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> In humans, PHARC ( p olyneuropathy, h earing loss, a taxia, r etinitis pigmentosa, and c ataract) is an early onset autosomal recessive neurological disorder caused by deleterious mutations to ABHD12 (α/β-hydrolase domain protein # 12).
