Arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs is a common peripheral arterial disease in clinics. With the development of endovascular therapy, the commonly used clinical treatment methods include balloon stent endovascular therapy and plaque resection. However, these treatment methods are often accompanied by high restenosis rate. This study aims to find a new treatment method from the genetic level.
