Pyroptosis and related gasdermin family proteins are important in tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the prognosis roles of pyroptosis-related genes (PRGs) and its relation to infiltrates of immune cell in the pathogenesis of CRC remain unclear.
