<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a severe neurodegenerative disorder. It is characterized by the declination of dopaminergic (DA) neurons of substantia nigra pars compacta in the mid brain. Decrease in dopamine level in substantia nigra is a major event in PD.
