The aims of the study were to investigate associations of the apolipoprotein (apo) A-IV polymorphisms Thr347Ser and Gln360His with anthropomorphic measurements and fasting and postprandial lipids in subjects participating in the European Atherosclerosis Research Study II (EARS II).
