Using primers from conserved regions, the nucleocapsid (Nc) gene sequences of naturally occurring tomato spotted wilt tospovirus (TSWV) isolates from flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) grown in several Georgia counties were amplified by immunocapture-reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
