Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV) is a whitefly-transmitted crinivirus with a bipartite RNA genome inducing yellowing diseases in greenhouse and outdoor tomato plants. In this study, both genomic RNA components of a Greek isolate (Gr-535) of ToCV were sequenced.
