Gastric adenocarcinoma is a malignant tumor with a high incidence and a low survival rate. In order to identify genetic alterations associated with this tumor, we screened 23 gastric adenocarcinomas for recurrent chromosomal imbalances by using comparative genomic hybridization (CGH).
