Cellular proteins of a normal human diploid fibroblast line (TIG-3) at various stages of replicative aging were resolved by horizontal isoelectric focusing on an immobilized pH gradient, followed by vertical sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).
