We report the case of a hepatic undifferentiated (embryonal) sarcoma (UES) arising within a mesenchymal hamartoma (MH) in a 15-year-old girl. Mapping of the tumor demonstrated a typical MH transforming gradually into a UES composed of anaplastic stromal cells.
