We present a patient with hyperthyroidism associated with McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS). MAS is a sporadic genetic disease characterized by polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, cafe au lait cutaneous spots and endocrinopathies (peripheral precocious puberty, thyroidopathies, acromegaly, etc.).
