A 9-year-old with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) who received bone marrow transplantation from an unrelated donor (UBMT), is reported. He also suffered from congenital heart disease (CHD) consisting of corrected transposition of the great arteries and dextrocardia. The cardiac output was within normal limits. The conditioning regimen included busulfan, melphalan, ALG and TLI. Cyclophosphamide was not used...
