Chromosomal location of trp genes of a strain Burkholderia cepacia (formerly Pseudomonas cepacia) has been determined by transduction using a generalized transducing phage CP75 and by molecular analysis for a cosmid plasmid clone with trp genes isolated from a genomic gene library of the strain.
