A new TaqI/DQA restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) has been found in two Spanish Caucasoid individuals. The novel polymorphic fragment has a relative mobility of 4.2 kb and is associated with an HLA-A2,Cw*1401,B51,DR9,DR53,DQ9 haplotype.
