Disseminated infection with Mycobacterium avium complex is described in 3 adult Siamese cats. All cats were the result of father-daughter matings. Clinical signs included anorexia, weight loss, and lethargy. Physical examination revealed pale mucous membranes, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, and pyrexia.
