Macromolecular adhesion factors (MAFs) were obtained from the liver of mice with a genetic predisposition for spontaneous hepatoblastomogenesis (CBA) and of resistant mice (C57B1). The MAFs from the liver of both strains are similar in their chemical nature and represents a complex of phosphoglycopeptides with a molecular mass of 20-40 kDa and glycosaminoglycans.
