Abstract excerpt
Haploinsufficiency of TBX1, which occurs in 22q11.2 deletion syndrome (22q11.2DS), leads to a heterogeneous spectrum of clinical manifestations, including craniofacial anomalies, immunodeficiency, and congenital heart defects.
