RAS inhibitors have demonstrated limited efficacy in KRAS-mutant colorectal cancer (CRC). Here, we evaluate RMC-7977, a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor, which shows a heterogeneous response in a panel of preclinical CRC models.
