BACKGROUND & AIMS: Intrahepatic cholestasis is a hallmark of the rare osteo-oto-hepato-enteric syndrome. Osteo-oto-hepato-enteric syndrome is caused by pathogenic variants in uncoordinated (UNC) 45A.
