儿童胚系易感髓系肿瘤（GPMN）是一类由胚系基因变异引发的疾病，以骨髓衰竭、血液系统恶性肿瘤风险升高及多系统受累为特征。随着分子检测技术的发展，其分类体系不断完善。目前造血干细胞移植仍为主要治疗手段，靶向治疗及基因治疗等新策略亦展现出良好应用前景。.
