Resistance to B-Raf inhibitors in melanoma poses a significant challenge to effective treatment. This study investigates the synergistic effects of capivasertib, an Akt pathway inhibitor, in combination with B-Raf inhibitors (vemurafenib and encorafenib) in B-Raf-mutated melanoma models.
