BACKGROUND: Doravirine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) recommended for first-line antiretroviral therapy (ART), and for suppressed switching, in combination with a two nucleos(t)ide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) backbone.
