Pancreatic Acinar Cell Carcinoma (PACC) are a uncommon histological subtype (around 1-2%) of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. These tumors derive from acinar cells and may be associated with mixed histologies such as neuro-endocrine or ductal excreto-pancreatic contingents.
