OBJECTIVE: To compare the performance of Sanity 2.0 with that of Xpert MTB/RIF and phenotypic drug susceptibility testing (DST) for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and resistance to rifampicin (RIF) and isoniazid (INH).
