3份样本（编号为1号、3号、5号）均为案件排查样本，来自不同家系，系排查时经YfilerTM白金案件PCR扩增试剂盒（美国Thermo Fisher Scientific公司）检验，发现Y染色体长臂多个STR基因座分型缺失，缺失基因座互不相同，故对3份样本进行家系调查并收集家系人员血样进行Y-STR比对，以探讨Y染色体长臂多个STR分型缺失的个体家系样本Y-STR分型情况。除分型缺失外，1号样本与对应家系样本的 DYF387S1a/ b、DYS527a/ b 基因座分型不一致，其他家系样本不存在这种情况，为分析分型差异原因，对1号样本采用Y染色体序列标签位点（Y-chromosome sequence tagged site，Y-STS）方法进行检测。.
