Pilomatrix-like high-grade endometrioid carcinoma (PiMHEC) is characterized by solid basaloid morphology, geographic necrosis, and shadow cells, often associated with CTNNB1 mutations and aberrant β-catenin expression, exhibiting aggressive behavior.
