BAP1 Tumor Predisposition Syndrome (BAP1-TPDS) is caused by germline pathogenic variants in the BAP1 gene and has been associated with uveal melanoma, mesothelioma, cutaneous melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, and other benign cutaneous lesions.
