<p>Introduction: Leg ulcer is the most common cutaneous manifestation of sickle cell disease (SCD). Asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) inhibits nitric oxide synthase, reducing nitric oxide availability, and causing endothelial dysfunction.
