GenMineTOP, the first dual DNA-RNA comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) test in Japan, was approved for reimbursement in 2023. To evaluate its clinical utility, we analyzed 1356 cases from the Center for Cancer Genomics and Advanced Therapeutics (C-CAT) database.
