OBJECTIVE: Impetigo herpetiformis (IH) is a rare form of pustular psoriasis which may result in maternal and fetal morbidity and even mortality. Deficiency of interleukin-36 receptor antagonist (DITRA) is the most frequently identified genetic defect of IH.
