Circular RNA (circRNA) sirtuin-1 (SIRT1) is differentially expressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but its specific mechanism is still uncertain. The study was to figure out the latent molecular mechanism of circSIRT1 in NSCLC.
