Objectives Psychogenic non-epileptic seizure (PNES) is the most common non-epileptic disorder in patients referring to epilepsy centers. Contrary to common beliefs about the disease’s harmlessness, the death rate of PNES patients is similar to drug-resistant epilepsy.
