AIMS: To evaluate the effects of the Qingwen Gupi decoction (QGT) in a rat model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis (PF), and explore the underlying mechanisms by integrating UPLC-Q-TOF/MS metabolomics and 16S rDNA sequencing of gut microbiota.
