Background: Composite lymphomas involving B-cell and T-cell lymphomas is very rare. Case presentation: We reported a 63-year-old gentleman with composite chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) and monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL).
