A high production mutated strain Bacillus thuringiensis X023PN (BtX023PN) was screened from the wild strain Bacillus thuringiensis X023 (BtX023) after atmospheric and room temperature plasma (ARTP) and nitrosoguanidine (NTG) mutation.
