Childhood cancer survivors are at risk for subsequent neoplasms. We describe the clinical presentation and genetic testing of a 29-year-old woman diagnosed with a pheochromocytoma 22 years post-treatment for childhood embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the bladder.
