ABSTRACT: Cutaneous eruptions associated with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) have been reported in 6%-63% of patients. Clinical findings of these skin lesions vary widely and include maculopapular rashes, ulcers, and violaceous nodules.
