LFZ-4-46, that is [2-hydroxy-1-phenyl-1,5,6,10b-tetrahydropyrazolo(5,1-a) isoquinolin-3(2H)-yl](phenyl) methanone, a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative with a pyrazolidine moiety, was synthetically prepared.
